Have you ever heard of "Toshiake Udon"? It’s a modern Japanese New Year's tradition.
I went to a local shrine for "Hatsumode" (the first visit of the year) and then had Toshiake Udon at Hanamaru Udon.
I’m having a very peaceful New Year’s holiday.
I try to cherish the small joys in my daily life.
This is the real, everyday life of a working woman in Japan.
