PLEASE GIVE THIS VIDEO A 👍👍 THUMBS UP 👍👍 IF YOU FOUND IT HELPFUL OR INTERESTING. And if you want other cool content like this, PLEASE SUSCRIBE ! ✏✏. I WOULD SURE APPRECIATE IT!
This is my 7th custom bike and the most versatile of them all.
Flat bar Gravel Bike and Urban Bike in one! Step by step process of how I built my custom All City Space Horse for Gravel and City riding. This is truly a do everything bike. Gravel! Urban! and light Touring (maybe). I spent about $2,000 on the bike
I mainly used parts I had in the parts bin with the exception of the new frame, Shimano SLX 1 x 12 drive train and one new front wheel. Everything else was either used, take offs or parts I purchased but never used. I spent about $1,800 on the bike but this doesn't include the parts I already owned. If everything was new I think it would have been more around the $ 5,000 range, or a bit more.
In fact, the majority of the components are mountain bike parts. If threw on a front suspension fork this would be a very capable hard tail mountain bike! BUT! The frame was really not built for hammering rocks and roots. And that is not my intention either. I have two other mountain bikes that can more than handle that chore.
By the way, there is a mistake in the video that is pretty glaring. You see me installing a "part" but later in the video I install another "part" that contradicts the first part installed. See if you can notice it.
Here is the parts list.
Frame: All City Space Horse
Drivetrain: Shimano SLX full 1 x 12 (shifter, derailleur, chain, crankset, cassette, BB and chain)

Wheels: Stans (Rear wheel is Arch. New front wheel is the Grail)
Tires: Schwalbe Marathon
