Should I answer all of the short MCQs first? CMA and CIA Exams

I do not recommend this strategy. While every MCQ is worth the same weight, you do not want to spend a lot of time moving back and forth between questions. What I recommend is this: if there is a long question, you should read the question sentence itself to see what it is about. If you do not feel comfortable with this topic, you should:
1) guess an answer and answer the question,
2) mark that question, and
3) if you have time at the end, you can come back and spend more time answering the questions that you marked.
Be certain to select a choice when you first read the question, though. If you do not select a choice and do not have time at the end to come back to it, you will get that question wrong since you did not answer it. But, if you guess, you at least have a 25% chance of getting it correct. If you read a question, you should answer it.
