Souq Waqif or spice souq is known by many names. Its a must visit for anyone arriving to Doha. It is a great tourist destination where you can buy spices, perfumes and antiques. You can taste authentic Qatari cuisine at the many boutique hotels. The pets area is fantastic place for the kids to visit. December through end of February is ideal time to visit with family.
