Smoking salmon on the Masterbuilt Gravity Fed 1050. In celebration of Mother's Day 2020.

I brined the salmon in the fridge for about 6 hours, drained and put it back in the fridge for about 3-4 hours, then seasoned with Sucklebuster's Lemon Pepper Garlic seasoning. Fired up smoker to 150 (love that this smoker can go that low!!!) and placed salmon on a cedar plank and then on the smoker rack.
Smoked at 150 for about 3 hours, then bumped temp to 200. Pulled salmon off at an internal temp of 140 and let rest for about 20 minutes loose-wrapped in foil.
Brine Recipe:
1 Orange, 1 Lemon, 1 Lime
Slice each one in half
1 Cup Salt
1 Cup Brown Sugar
1 Gallon Water
Mix all ingredients in bowl, squeezing the fruit juice into the water. Mix well.
Chill brine, and pour over salmon
