4 eggs

1/2 cup (100g) all-purpose flour
3.5 oz (100g) mozzarella cheese
Sweet paprika powder
Ground black pepper
Garlic powder
Olive oil
Salt
Fry for 3-5 minutes on each side
Bake in a preheated oven at 360F/180C for 10 minutes
