Step 1 – Design, Steel Cutting & Hull Fabrication
Engineers turn 3D designs into real parts as thick armor steel plates are laser-cut or plasma-cut, then welded into the main hull and turret structures. Massive jigs hold everything in place for accurate alignment and strength.
Step 2 – Armor Integration & Structural Reinforcement
Additional composite, modular or reactive armor modules are mounted on critical areas. Internal bulkheads, brackets and reinforcement points are added to protect crew, fuel and key systems.
Step 3 – Powertrain, Suspension & Drivetrain Installation
