Born in 1969 as a high-performance Skyline (C10 “Hakosuka”) to dominate Japanese racing, the GT-R earned its legend with 52 wins. Revived in 1989 with the R32 “Godzilla” and all-wheel drive, it crushed global tracks. The 2007 R35 became a standalone supercar, rivaling Porsche with 600 hp and 2.7s 0-60. Production ended August 2025 after 56 years.
