This is a 2-minute Public Service Announcement (PSA) produced in 2004 by Pam Davis of Animal Advocate Inc. in Honolulu, Hawaii.
After a toddler was killed by a chained dog on the island of Kauai, we produced this PSA to provide information about the dangers of continuous tethering or chaining of dogs, both for the safety of the dog (and other dogs) and for the safety of humans.
