《红糟鸡食谱》(Red Glutinous Wine Lees Chicken)Recipe
红糟 两百克
Red Lees x 200g
姜 一百二十克
120g x Ginger
鸡 一只(一公斤两百克)
Chicken x1 (1.2kg)
自酿红糟酒 一百五十毫升
Self-brewed red lees 150ml
芝麻油 二十克
Sesame oil 20 g
一茶匙盐
1teaspoon of salt
一汤匙酱油
1 tablespoon of soy sauce
四百毫升的水
400ml of water
步骤
1.把姜屑皮切成姜丝
Cut the ginger peel into ginger shreds
2.把鸡洗干净
Wash the chicken
3.把鸡肉切成小块
Cut the chicken into small pieces
4.倒入芝麻油,用芝麻油爆香姜丝
Pour in sesame oil, saute the ginger with sesame oil
5.姜丝成金黄色后加入鸡肉煸炒
After the ginger is golden brown, add chicken and stir fry
6.加入一茶匙盐继续煸炒
Add a teaspoon of salt and continue to stir fry
7.加入两百克红糟继续煸炒
Add 200 grams of red lees and continue to stir fry
8.加入一汤匙酱油继续煸炒鸡肉
Add a tablespoon of soy sauce and continue to stir-fry the
9.加入四百毫升的水
Add 400ml of water
10.转小火焖十五至二十分钟
Reduce heat and simmer for 15 to 20 minutes
11.加入一百五十毫升的红酒
Add 150ml of red wine
12.Turn to high heat and simmer for five minutes to let the red wine taste delicious.
