The aptly liveried Rev 01 Leyland National doing some revs to build air pressure for the brakes etc.
This used to be a common sight and sound around the UK.
This ex Leyland demonstrator WHH 556S was previously known as REV01 and was at one time a test bed for an experimental Torotrak continuously variable transmission system.
I believe it has a Daf power unit. Sounds great.
