Following the case known as, All of Use or None of Us v. Hamrick, which was heard in Riverside County and held on appeal by the California Supreme Court the courthouses throughout California were forced to removed FULL dates of Birth and Drivers' License Numbers for their search systems, websites, public access terminals, and computers.

This change is leading to MASSIVE problems for background screeners, investigators, law firms, employers and insurance companies.

I will share specific examples of the challenges in Sacramento County, Riverside County and Los Angeles County.

Additionally, I share a solution that will protect the personally identifying information that is of concern in the Hamrick case and prevent identity theft.
