Meet Sergio, our Director of Health & Safety, with a vast background of experience in environmental health, EMT response, and search and rescue to every corner of our operation. But it’s his character that makes the biggest impact.

Honest. Knowledgeable. Caring. Motivating. Sergio inspires those around him to grow individually while keeping the entire team focused on shared goals.

Outside of work, he continues to serve the community through Kern Valley Search and Rescue and as co-founder of Hold The Line Fly Fishing, a nonprofit supporting mental health and wellness through time on the water.
