A local elementary school is finding creative ways to provide programs to students despite district budget shortfalls.
Joseph Neal STEAM Academy is starting a news broadcast club called "Neal Newsies," made up of students who are recognized as school ambassadors.
School leadership reached out to News 3 to help put on a "broadcast crash course," teaching students the basics of tv news.
