👋Pain is telling you something
🚫🤕 It’s your body's way of telling you that something isn't right.
That's why it's so important not to push through pain, whether you're working out or going about your daily activities.
💪🏋️♂️ When you push through pain, you risk further injuring yourself and making the problem worse. You may also compensate for the pain by altering your movement patterns, which can lead to compensations and even more pain down the line.
👉 Instead of pushing through pain, listen to your body and take the time to address the issue. Ask yourself this important question…
Is it going to get better or worse?
If better, you’re all cool, keep doing what you’re doing.
If worse? Take some action and don’t just brush it off!
🙌 Remember, your health and well-being are more important than any workout or activity.
Don't push through pain and risk turning into that guy/girl that has had back or shoulder pain since the dawn of time.
