You see, the space launch market is categorized based on the size of the payload and the earth's orbit where it needs to go.

And these Indian companies are targeting the market where small satellites need to be launched to low earth orbits.

This is a small but fast-growing market and the government is trying to do everything to help them.

Most recently, the Indian government relaxed the FDI rules for the space sector, which has made it possible for these startups to raise up to 100% investment from foreign investors.
