Cardamom
Ghee

Milk
Condensed milk
Almonds
Pistachios
Steps
Cut carrots and grind into a paste with sugar and cardamom
Heat ghee in a pan and sauté the carrot paste
Add suji and sauté well
Add cook till mixture thickens
In another pan boil milk till reduced
Add condensed milk and cook till creamy
Shape the carrot mixture into small balls
Dip them into the prepared milk
Garnish with chopped almonds and pistachios
