In this video we are going to follow along a butterfly’s journey from the egg to its first flight. These animals are so incredible!
Some additional interesting facts about butterflies include:
When they go into their Chrysalis, their body turns into a goo, their entire body reforms!
They taste with their feet!
They can see ultra-violet light (Thats how they find their food)
Males drink from mud puddles in order to get proper nutrients for breeding.
They have compound eyes (like flies) made up from 17,000 lenses! So cool!
