Dacia 1325 "Liberta" was produced by Dacia as a result of design changes compared to its predecessor, Dacia 1320. Due to the Romanian Revolution of December 1989, the name "Liberta" had a more special connotation, attracting people, and yet was produced in a rather small number, about 7800 cars. It was manufactured between 1991 and 1996, with engines of 1289 cc, 54hp (which was abandoned on this series in 1992), most with engines 1397 cc 64 hp, 1557 cc 72 hp, and a short series with the engine 1581 cc, 83 hp with camshaft in the cylinder head, an engine designed by DACIA in the 80s but not launched due to high costs. It was a 2-volume model, hatchback type, with a modern design of the back, the front being that of the contemporary 1410 and 1310 models. Many cars were exported to Greece, China, Hungary, Bulgaria. The success was small, because the price was too high, even higher than the Break model, much desired by customers even in the 90s, which led to the cessation of production, and the launch of a new model, namely Nova.
