Trying to drill out and clean your Fusion PC Mix Chamber? To start:
1. Remove the air cap, followed by removing the retaining ring.
2. Remove the cartridge and without removing the fluid manifold, you now have access to the mix chamber.
3. Inspect the sealing surface and the ramp feature.
4. You can drill at the impingement ports on the A side, the B side and exit bore. Verify that light shines through the impingement ports.
5. With the groove facing in the downwards position, install the mix chamber back into the gun.
6. Insert the cartridge, the retaining ring and the air cap.
