I know there are many people doing chainsaw carvings but this is the first time I have ever gotten to see up close and personal a bit of the process. It was truly fascinating and interesting to my boys and myself. What made it even better was the artist Jason Morton @EagleRidgeChainsawCarvings near Springfield MO. He was super nice to answer questions and willing to be on camera.
My youngest son certainly was enjoying watching him and I could see him wanting to pursue something like this after he saw Jason work with the chainsaw.
