New provider guide to delivering high quality apprenticeships

Описание: The ESFA hosted webinars for training providers to introduce the 'provider guide to delivering high quality apprenticeships', which sets out the essential steps for every stage of the apprenticeship journey.

During the events, we shared information and resources on topics including End Point Assessment, Ofsted inspection, continuous professional development, and the relationship between employers, apprentices, providers, and End Point Assessment Organisations (EPAOs). We were joined by colleagues from Ofsted, ESFA policy teams, and the Institute for Apprenticeships and Technical Education Apprentice Panel.

These guides will be followed shortly by similar resources for apprentices and EPAOs, reflecting that apprenticeships should be a 3- or 4-way partnership between the provider, employer, apprentice, and EPAO.
