Sure, the daily limit of Yellowtail is 5 fish per angler, but how much meat do you really need getting freezer burnt in your freezer? Release them -$hits!!!
This fish hit a dropper-looped bait in about 90' of water and there where at least three boats anchored within 20yrds of me when I hooked up. Two of them just dropped anchor right next to us after my buddy Chris hooked up and landed his 27lber in my "more slayage" video. Needless to say there where plenty of ropes in the water to loose this fish on. About halfway thru the video the fish get super close to wrapping up, so i have to push the drag to "full" (18lbs) a couple time and even thumb the spool (easy way to break off fish) a little to stop these super strong fish.
Nothing like watchin these guys kick away after you remove the hook.
