We called at Allonby on our way up to Dumfries and Galloway .If you like History then Allonby is the place to be with many of the buildings dating back to the 18th Century .The village its self also has a long history of being a sea -bathing resort .Well worth a visit whether walking or cycling around the Solway Coast.
