Old Mine Trail to Red Cloud Mine- World's Finest Wulfenite and a Fun Trail Too!

Описание: Old Mine Trails are some our favorites! Today we are just north of Yuma AZ driving the Red Cloud Mine trail. This full size off road trail starts in the Imperial National Refuge then takes you up into the mountains to the world renowned old mine, Red Cloud. This old mine trail was super simple for our 2022 F150 Ford Tremor but still fun to drive! On arrival we talk to Rodger, Sarber, gem expert and mine manager of Red Cloud and learn a little bit about the old silver mine's claim to fame: wulfenite! This mineral is now the official mineral of Arizona, due largely to the amazing Wulfenite Gem finds at Red Cloud Mine. Red Cloud Mine s open to the public!
