In a report released by by Heinrich Boll Foundation almost half of the pesticides used by farmers in Kenya have been banned in the European Union due to their harmful risks to human health. Stakeholders have called for global regulation to avoid double standards and urged the government to impose a ban on highly hazardous pesticides
