Triple action carabiners require you to slide, twist, and then open the gate. They are very secure, but they can be a little tricky to open with one hand. If you use this technique, it's pretty easy. Use your ring finger to press down on the bottom of the carabiner, and then you can use your thumb and index finger to open the gate. I'm sure there are other ways to do it, this is one that works for me. If you have another technique that you like, leave it in the comments.
