For the past 4 years, his mother noticed he has a pigeon toe / in-toe on his right foot. Tried physical therapy but no change to his foot or gait. It caused him to trip and fall from time to time.
A thorough structural test was conducted along with Gonstead examination. There was sufficient enough structural data and no outstanding red flags to warrant x-ray evaluation on this child. Based on the data on hand, it was determined his right hip was the structural abnormality resulting in the in-toe gait. The right ilium was structurally corrected and walking gait has improved significantly.
