If you do a Google search for North Avenue and Pennsylvania Avenue, or just North Penn in Baltimore, you will see that a lot goes on and why it's call a HOT SPOT. However, just a little more than half a mile away, development is going on and new houses, a multimillion dollar new school are creating a brand new community. And house prices, for existing and the new are going up.
