Andy Irons in Japan, 2005, before the Quiksilver Pro. The last World Championship Tour event was held in The Land of the Rising Son. Day one- small slow waves, but Andy was warming up. Waves got flat, lay days ensued, and waves were better up the coast, so they moved. Waves got good, and Andy made it to the finals against Kelly Slater. Andy won.
