Ryan Pratt Creative and Video Director:
"Movement, Elemental, a Whirlwind…
When I first heard this track I was gripped with an urgency, i needed to move.. the song grabs ahold of you from the very first keystrokes and sits you into the cockpit. untamed, ungraspable.. something to witness.
I’m so grateful that I was given this track to display through video… In my mind, the earth in it’s awesomeness was the only thing truly comparable to what and where the song takes you.. from its burning core, to its mountain heights, on the surf of the sea, to its thundering plains revealed only in lighting strikes.. it is a thing to behold.
Without being too Captain Planet cliché, We felt that each musician represented elemental aspects and that together revealed the timeless essence of humanity, unbound by the earth itself. Which wasn’t even enough to hold it, the cosmos would be next.
The song ends abruptly as it begins from nothingness to something and something to nothing… The Lost Night."
The Seattle Music Insider recently reviewed their latest show in Seattle at the legendary Triple Door!
"Great artists don’t just play, they listen and they feel what is happening in the space and truly serve the music. Each member of this band has an amazing resume and musical pedigrees. Together, they create magic that hits squarely in the pocket and then in an instant, musical artistry that can incite high adventure beyond the outer limits.
On stage the band created a singular sound with perfect synergy while shining equally as individuals. Not an easy chore. These cats did it effortlessly. They were all locked in with each other and the audience was happy to go wherever Al and company wanted to take them"
