The Pirate Takeover has returned to the shores of ‪@officialaltontowers‬ so we went to check out the event in 2025 to see what was on offer and take you on the voyage with us to the immersive land of Mutiny Bay.

Join us as we hunt for treasure in the Pieces of Eight Treasure Hunt, learn from Seadog Starkey's Nephew, Ned, escape the cold in Sharkbait reef and experience the events pirate themed shows: Captain Finn's Training Camp & The Pirates of Mutiny Bay: The Hunt for the Crown Of Tuhulu. All led by the phenomenal Alton Towers Entertainments team who have really put their heart and soul into making this the best voyage of their lives. (So much love to each and every one of you out there)

We're joined by ‪@darkshadow_2570‬ during our exploration of the event to become the finest pirate crew the land has ever dreamed of (once, maybe)

So be sure to sit back, relax and enjoy the adventure from the comfort of your own home. Darkshadow will have their own version of the day to come too, so keep your eyes peeled for that.
