WTF HAPPENED TO ARIANA GRANDE? I don't know. Maybe nothing lol. Maybe her facial evolution in these few short years is simply down to getting older? Losing weight? Tweakments? Considering everyone and their dog seems to be getting buccal fat removal, pony tail facelifts, lip lifts, and enough filler to sink a ship in hollyweird - it wouldn't surprise me if Ariana felt the need to indulge in a few treatments herself in order to keep up? Maybe not. Who knows? Not me, i just like to speculate as i find it fascinating!
