Vegan Waffles Recipe
Ingredients:
300 g (10.5 oz) Flour
50 g (0.25 cups) Date syrup or Coconut blossom sugar
1 tsp Baking powder
8 g (1.5 tsp) Vanilla sugar
200 ml (0.85 cup) oat milk or any other plant-based milk
20 ml (0.2 cups) vegetable oil or plant-based butter
100 ml (0.4 cup) sparkling water
pinch of salt
