In this lunch and learn, we will discuss the reasons for having a return to work program and provide industry-specific statistics to support those reasons. Participants will learn about the seven principles identified by The Institute of Work and Health which are key to having a successful return to work program and how to incorporate them in return to work planning to ensure a program supports both workers and employers in mitigating the impact of workplace injuries.
