After having bovitiya drink I peeled the outer layer of the hulankiriya roots and pounded it by using wooden mortar in order to extract the carbs from it stopped pounding after it gets suitable state. Then I added some water in it and pressed and rolled down several times by using my hands until both hands get hurt. Really the squeezing process was not so easy as it thought. Anyway the water starchy solution was kept about 4 hours in order to precipitate all the carbs until go to the bottom. Next water layer 2as removed the wet carbs placed on the pure cotton clothe and was squeezed hang it a half day to be dried it further. The following day I walk up very happily because I had to go to pluck blue lotus where it is located end of the paddy field. Rally it was look like the indigo flowers bloom on the green cloth. That was an amazing feeling I got at that time can't express it. Also it gives a nice smell. I don't really like any other smells like this smell of this lotus flower. During that time I was meditated in a few minutes without knowing my mind. Hulankiriya starch and the petals of the blue lotus were put in to the sun shine to be able to dry well. After drying carbs I made tasty halva to give my father works in the garden its something looks like Dodol but not much thicker. Also it gives little bit elasticity due to the adding this hulankiriya i saw the tiredness diminished from the face my father when he is having piece of halva while drinking blue lotus drink.
