2 cups Maize Flour
4 tbsp Wheat Flour
1 tbsp Coriander & Cumin Seeds Powder
Salt (as per taste)
Water (as required)
Coriander Leaves (chopped)
½ cup Split Green Gram (washed & soaked)
1 cup Water
Wheat Flour (for dusting)
Oil (for greasing)
3-4 tsp Oil
4-5 Garlic Cloves (crushed)
3 Green Chillies (crushed)
10-15 Curry Leaves
1 tsp Cumin Seeds
2 Dried Red Chillies (chopped)
¼ tsp Asafoetida
1 Onion (chopped)
Salt (as per taste)
1 Green Capsicum (julienned)
½ tsp Turmeric Powder
2-3 Kokum Petals
1 cup Water
Coriander Leaves (chopped)
Coriander Leaves (for garnishing)
1 Red Chilli (fried)
