for the colour, you can add amd mix green peas, Edamame, and so on.
using cling film will be more easy to make Onigiri, you don't have sticky hands. To finish the Onigiri, don't forget sprinkle some salt.
Nori seaweed sheets are good stuff to hold the Onigiri, if you don't like Nori, you can hold with lettuce leaves too.
