Описание: This is the most physical mountain bike race I have competed in. My fitness is well below what is needed to ride these trails at speed. I felt like I struggled all day to find the flow and managed to hit every hole and rock. A massive thank you to Western Events for hosting round 3 at Afan! A fantastic event yet again. I trail centre descents hard to carry speed at the best of times so to come away with a result I was over the moon!!!
