Resolve + Precision
For Resolve:
Grasp (Insanely big sustain, damage and MAX HP)
Demolish (Bonus damage to the towers)
Second wind (The strongest combination with doran's shield)
Revitalize (Bonus SHIELDS and HEALS for INSANELY BIG SUSTAIN)
For Precision:
