In the absence of man, the Earth began to remember itself.

Moss crept over the bones of skyscrapers. Rain gathered in the cracks of highways, birthing silver ponds beneath the dim sun. The air tasted different—clean, thin, ancient.

Far above, the Moon—fractured and distant—watched in silence.
And somewhere between their two gravities, the universe exhaled.

The Twilight was not an ending after all.
It was the first breath of something new.
