A customer who arrived to collect an LPG gas cylinder alleged that despite repeated assurances from the distributor, the cylinder had not been provided. The consumer claimed to have been waiting since morning but still did not receive the gas cylinder at the agency. LPG (Liquefied Petroleum Gas) cylinders are widely used in India as a common household cooking fuel.

The customer said, “They kept saying they would give the cylinder but never did. I have been here since morning and still haven’t received it. I even skipped college today to come and get the gas.”

According to the consumer, online payment was also not working at the time, adding to the inconvenience as people continued waiting for gas supply at the distribution point.
