Upon the mountain thunder rolled,
Smoke rose high as awe took hold.
Moeshay trembled, yet stood still,
Awaiting Yahuah’s sovereign will.

The mountain shook with every word,
Commandments that the people heard.
Etched by His finger, inscribed by fire—
Torah delivered—His perfect desire.

Oh what a gift! Oh what a guide!
The Torah, written within our hearts.
Instruction not just to obey,
But to walk in life and truth each day.

Years rolled on, the prophets cried,
For hearts of stone to be untied.
Then Yahusha came to dwell,
The Living Word, Emmanuel.
He taught, He healed, He bore the tree,
Rose again to set us free.
While here He gave His promise, bold and sure:
“I shall send the Comforter.”

Obeying the call to watch and wait,
Unaware what wonder Yah would orchestrate.

Tongues like fire, words unlearned,
Yah’s Ruach came—hearts burned!
Not in stone, but deep within,
Torah written now on skin.

So now we stand on Shavuot,
This isn’t just a tale retold—
But living fire that makes us bold,
His Ruach stirs within the soul.
We thank You, Abba, for the Day,
You gave us truth and showed the way.
Through Mosheh, then Yahusha’s breath—
You gave us life, defeated death.

Baruch atah Yahuah—how wondrous are Your ways!
We dance in light of Your appointed days.
