In this video, I’m sharing 5 kid-approved plant-based lunches you can make in under 15 minutes. These are lunches I pack as a board-certified health coach and mom of two, and they’ve been tested with picky eaters who normally reject vegetables.
Here’s what I’ve learned after years of packing lunches:
Kids don’t reject plant-based food because it’s plant-based.
