For sound reference, I am playing my '93 Fender Duo-Sonic for all you fender/single-coil users out there. Ivy Pedals La Luz is the tonelord's chorus. It is my "bright" chorus design, as well as being optimized for use as a vibrato/chorus. There is a TONE knob in the wet signal path, and a BRIGHT toggle switch that cuts the low-end out of the dry signal. The wet signal is always on, and the DRY control adds dry signal into the mix. The LVL knob is there to accommodate boost, unity gain, or attenuation when the pedal is engaged. This is the All-Black La Luz listed on Reverb, and it features an always-on LFO LED to have a visual aid for the modulation speed. La Luz by Ivy Pedals is designed around the MN3209 BBD delay chip, which has 1/8th the delay time of most chorus/flanger/vibrato pedals and effects. This makes it less noisy, allows for negligible latency (sub-1ms), and creates these unique frequency interactions that lend to the bright chorus sound...
