Claude Code vs Manual Jira Ticket Work | The Difference Is Amazing

Описание: Following my previous video on connecting AI to your Snowflake data warehouse, this tutorial focuses on connecting Claude and Claude Code to your Jira ticketing system to enable AI workflow automation. Enabling Claude Code to fully take a Jira ticket from start to finish has helped me demonstrate its incredible value to the business. AI’s ability to leverage its technical capabilities is taken to the next level once you can begin having it work on requests that are valuable to your stakeholders.

You can enable the large language model where it can read the ticket, research context, write and run the queries, store the output, and summarize the output. This is the actual process that I use today for how I am able to hand off real ticket-based work to Claude.

In this video, I’ll show you exactly how to build that workflow yourself including:

1. How to connect Atlassian (Jira) to Claude Desktop
2. How to use the Atlassian CLI + Atlassian MCP
3. How to enable Claude to operate as a scalable “AI teammate” inside your day-to-day ticketing system
