Easy alternative of the laser honeycomb base board , I made thin wood strips with grooves to interlock to each other and form a grid of wooden supports covered with foil tape to prevent them from burning,
Edges are made with double strips to strengthen the boundaries, then stabled to a plywood board base covered with foil paper for protection, and then attached on the top side with metal mesh 13mm x 13mm ( chicken cage mesh ) all are stabled together to hold firming the mesh to the wooden strips.
Board size 60x90c turned out to be asuccessful endeavorr .. happy with the result
