Jason Momoa launched his vodka Meili in Birmingham with trusted partner Spirits Of Anarchy.
This was so much more than a traditional spirits launch 🤘🖤
Birmingham became the focal point for a day-long celebration of craft, creativity and independent spirit.
From a trade showcase at The Mayan ; to a Meili-infused pizza sauce by Smoke & Ash; a public bottle signing at Bazar ; an exclusive Birmingham-inspired cocktail by Lucky 7's Robert Wood ; an electric stop at Bonehead; a private meal at 2-Star Michelin restaurant Opheem cooked personally for Jason by chef Aktar Islam; Meili cocktail tastings at Qavali and Jamaya; VIP dinner at Cylla; culminating in a party at Regina's.
There was a city-wide Meili cocktail competition that Jason personally judged (congrats, Andy Hyman).
There were stops at the Black Sabbath mural and bridge to pay respect to the honouring Birmingham's status as the birthplace of heavy metal.
