Elvis was born with Cerebellar Hypoplasia, aka Wobbly cat syndrome. He was also born with gastroparesis.
Gastroparesis means slow stomach motility, which causes his food to sour in his stomach when it should be digesting.
Thanks to a team of awesome veterinarians and medication, Elvis is doing wonderful. But he lost that critical growth time when he was s kitten.
