How to Assess an Unconscious Neuro Patient Like a Neuro ICU Nurse

Описание: I'm Kati Kleber, MSN RN CCRN-K and I worked in a neurocritical care unit for 4.5 years. I was a charge nurse and preceptor. I recorded this video to give those of you floating to neuro or new to the area some practical tips because assessing an unconscious neurologically compromised patient is much different than assessing an awake neuro patient. This is me assessing my husband, who is clearly not unconscious. Please imagine there's a ventilator attached to him.
